How do I find a reward?
You simply use RewardingYourself's powerful search engine to locate unlimited reward products from 1000's of Loyalty Programs. Go to advanced search and give it a try!
Do I have to be a member to search or browse?
No.

No. Registering an account with RewardingYourself is free and easy. Register here
Do I have to belong to a reward program to shop or register?
No. You can use RewardingYourself to search for items in loyalty programs, retailers or both without registering. However to use the compare feature for items in your programs, you must register.

Signing in to your RewardingYourself account.
When signing in, you can choose to have your computer remember your sign-in information. When you select Remember Me during sign in, your computer will remember your member information so that you don't have to re-enter your user ID and password. What does this mean? Even if you disconnect from the Internet, close your browser, or turn off your computer, your membership information will be retained for the next RewardingYourself session.

Note: As a safety measure, if you're using a public or shared computer, always click the Log Out link near the top of the page when you're finished using RewardingYourself. This will clear your sign in information.

Note: For security purposes, your password is automatically encrypted when you sign in.
What information can I place in My Profile?
You may display a biography, an avatar and your favourite members. Profile options allow you to hide or show these features to other members.
What information can I change in My Account?
My Account provides you with the online tools change your addresses, email, password, manage your loyalty points and more.
What are those fancy symbols following the user id?
Symbols are a convenient method to indicate special qualities of a member.
Why do you need my address information?
Your address may be required for future site features. You don’t have to enter your address, if you don’t want to.
Should I connect my Rewarding Yourself account to my Twitter and Facebook accounts?
RewardingYourself.com gives you RewardingYourself points for connecting your Twitter and Facebook accounts to your RewardingYourself account. It also keeps your friends informed of your shopping status.

How do I create a group?
Select "Create Group" from your MyAccount menu, our from any group page. You must specify a unique group name, the group charter, access (private or public) the category and subject (to aid searches), and enable any features (e.g. discussion).
What is the group charter?
The group charter sets out posting terms, special conditions, and policies for the group members. Basically outlines the rules of conduct. Charters must be consistent with all RewardingYourself policies. For example, a charter cannot require a member to post personal contact or billing information.
What is the difference between a private and public group?
Public Group: All members of RewardingYourself can see the group information and anyone can join the group and post to the board (if enabled). All RewardingYourself members can see the member list and bulletin board (if enabled).

Private Group: All members of RewardingYourself can see the group information, but only invited members can join the group and post to the board (if enabled). Only group members can see the member list and bulletin board (if enabled).

What can moderators do?
Moderators can change the group icon, description, charter, and options. They can also remove members, assign another moderator and remove a moderator.
I don't want to be the group moderator anymore. How can I remove myself as moderator?
You can only remove yourself as the moderator if there is a second moderator for the group. The option to remove a moderator is on the group member list.
I'm the group moderator, and I want to leave the group. How do I do this?
You must first remove yourself as the moderator (as long as there is a second moderator). You can then leave the group. The option to remove a moderator is on the group member list.
